FCI Retail includes environmental information such as contaminated land, landfill sites past and present, air quality, pylons and electricity lines and radon gas. The flood data contains surface water, sewer and groundwater flooding information. Ground stability analyses the impact of subsidence, geohazards and past mining hazards.
Each report:
  • Includes contaminated land, flood and ground stability.
  • Includes MappAir® Air Quality and a subsidence risk rating from Property Assure.
  • Supported by £5 million Professional Indemnity Cover.
  • Includes full professional risk assessments.
  • Is ONLY suitable for properties smaller than 0.25 hectares AND are in property use classes A1-A5 or C4
