  • A PIP Digital Data Room*
 
Copies of reports will be sent to you as they are compiled. You store them in your PIP Data Room and decide how you wish to share them with your Estate Agent and Conveyancer.
 
* A PIP dataroom is somewhere to collate, store and display property documents when selling or preparing to sell a property. this pack includes access to a Material Information Pack, usually charged at £25 plus VAT, and it includes: Title docs, Title plan, Property Information Forms for compliance with Material Information A,B and C, usually not made available until after you have instructed a conveyancer.

This indemnity also provides cover for errors and omissions in local authority and water company data/records which are used to compile our search reports. The search further benefits from 6 years run-off cover.

Our Drainage & Water Reports come with a £2 Million indemnity insurance from 'stewart title'

The Airchecker Report comes with a PI cover of £2million

The Ground Report comes with £1 million of indemnity cover in the aggregate in respect of any one Property.

The Homecheck Pro Report is backed by £10 million professional indemnity insurance.
