We collaborated with Groundsure to develop our Hazard Checker back in 2019. The first of it's kind to firmly place Environmental Hazard, previously only revealed to conveyancers, in to the public domain. We saw this as a giant leap forward in the disclosure of environmental impact and risk within postcode areas to enable home movers to tackle questions at a far earlier stage of the home buying process, for free.
