All of these documents can be sent to your conveyancer to send out with the 'contract of sale' as soon as we have a buyer in place. This helps to answer many questions that your buyers conveyancer may have on day one. We are also in a better position to discuss any perceived issues that could delay your sale and make adjustments during the marketing phase.
* A PIP dataroom is somewhere to collate, store and display property documents when selling or preparing to sell a property. this pack includes access to a Material Information Pack, usually charged at £25 plus VAT, and it includes: Title docs, Title plan, equivalent Property Information Forms for compliance with Material Information A,B and C.

2. Instruct a conveyancer
It is always best to instruct a reputable conveyancer as soon as you are thinking of selling. They can help to review your title and provide you with paperwork to complete during marketing, so that a complete contract can go out to your buyers' conveyancer as soon as we have agreed a sale.
